Campus Visit Experience Introduction & Account Setup

How to log into the platform and get started on your implementation

Your Account Executive (the person you’ve been working with at Full Measure up until this point) will introduce you to your Customer Success Manager via email.
Some people you'll work with:
  • Account Executive (AE): The person you've been working with until now and will continue to work with new departments at your institution.
  • Customer Success Manager (CSM): Individuals on our Customer Success Team that help with things such as editing content, data exchange, and best practices for using our platform.

It is recommended to have an organized team:
  • Project Manager (oversees partnership and timelines)
  • Communications Lead (oversees the creation of campaign communications)
  • Content Lead (oversees creation of content cards and/or tour creation)
  • Data Lead - (oversees data upload/exchange)
It is common that someone does more than one of these jobs. For example, one person may create both the campaigns and content cards.

Fill out the the CVE Onboarding form sent to you by your CSM to start your implementation process and proceed with the steps below.

You will use the Full Measure Platform to build your tour content, create content cards to promote your tour, and launch campaign messages. This platform will also provide insight into content card engagement. 

There are two ways to set up your Full Measure Platform account. 

  1. Your CSM will create your account for you and ask that you reset your password. 
  2. You will create your account yourself and notify your CSM when you done so, so appropriate permissions can be given.

  1. Your CSM will create your account for you and ask that you reset your password. 

 

    1. To reset your password go to [schooldomain].fullmeasure.io
      1. The first part of the domain will match your institution’s website address (ex: winsford.fullmeasure.io)
    2. Click on "Sign In" in the top-right corner of the screen
    3. Click "Forgot My Password" and type in your email. This should be the same email provided on your intake form submitted after the contract was signed. Contact your CSM if you need this email.
    4. Look in your email for the reset email and reset your password accordingly. 
    1. Log into the Full Measure platform. You will go to [schooldomain].fullmeasure.io
      1. The first part of the domain will match your institution’s website address (ex: winsford.fullmeasure.io)
    2. Then, select “Create an Account” and fill out the fields listed  
    3. Use your mobile phone number in the Phone # field. This will be used for testing purposes
    4. After you have created your account, notify your CSM or submit a support  ticket. We will authorize your account so you have the correct permissions.

Our goal is to have our partners launch their first tour and campaign message within 6 weeks of signing their contract. Our platform is self-service and will allow you to work as quickly as you would like. 

Implementation consists of four main components:
  1. Creation of tour
  2. Creating and/or updating content cards
  3. Uploading data
  4. Creating campaigns
