Automatically send data from StudentBridge Insights to your CRM.
You now have the power to effortlessly integrate the data collected from your StudentBridge site to your CRM system. Use this article to assist you in the set up of the reports.
Information you will need:
- sFTP domain name
- Path info
- sFTP username
Set up the connection:
- Navigate to StudentBridge Insights and go to 'Advanced Settings'. In Advanced Settings, select 'Connections'
- On the sFTP Setup page, click the lock button in the top-right hand corner to make changes.
- Enter the sFTP domain name, path info, and sFTP username. (There should be no need to change the port number).
- Copy the password (public key) and paste it into your sFTP system under the public key field.
- Ensure that a member of your team has set up the report, including the report name, in the Reports section.
The reports will be delivered every 24 hours at approximately 12pm Eastern.

Set up the Report
- Navigate to StudentBridge Insights and go to 'Advanced Settings'. In Advanced Settings, select 'Reports'
- Verify the fields that you would like included in the report. You are able to:
- Select or deselect the fields
- Drag and drop the fields in the desired order
- Edit the field name by clicking on the pencil icon
- Click 'Save & Next'
- Decide on the configuration options. The default report includes only new or updated records from the previous day. You can decide to:
- Include all historical records
- Include only records with email addresses
- Add a timestamp to the file name
- Then, name your file (include .csv at the end!)
- Click 'Done' to save.
