We continue to enhance our platforms to ensure that you and your team can communicate with students via mobile as effectively and efficiently as possible. Stay up to date about our new features and enhancements.

August 30, 2023

What's New:

  • 1:1 Messaging Delivery Status: If you hover over a message that you sent in the inbox, you will now see the delivery status.

  • Autofill Account Registration: When you receive an invite from the platform, it will now autofill with your first name, last name, email, and phone number (if provided). All you will have to do is set your password.
  • Branding updates: There were minor design changes made to the platform, including logos and font, to reflect Full Measure's merger with StudentBridge. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that prevented CSVs from downloading if contacts were removed from the audience has been fixed. 
  • A bug that resulted in incorrect assigned messaging numbers to be shown has been fixed.

What's New:

  • Email Notifications for Inbound Messages: Staff users are now able to receive email notifications when they receive a message. You can toggle on this permission on your 'My profile' page. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that occasionally resulted in the first message sent to a student being delivered twice has been resolved.

  • 1:1 Messaging Search Functionality: In 1:1 messaging, you can now search for a student by the first and last name, as well as by contact ID.

  • A bug that resulted in pop-outs in the platform not working on the latest Chrome version has been resolved.

What's New:

  • Campaigns Historical Overview in Activity and CampaignsWhen you navigate to Activity or to Campaigns, the new landing page will show the number of: 
    • Active campaigns
    • Rolling campaigns (Currently active and previously completed)
    • Scheduled campaigns (Currently active and previously completed)
    • Immediate campaigns (All time)
    • Campaigns that include email 
    • Campaigns ending in the next 30 days

  • Campaigns Historical Overview by Category: When you navigate to a specific campaign category, the new landing page will show the breakdown of campaigns (listed above), specific to that category. 
  • Activity Campaign Details: When selecting a campaign as a source in Activity or when viewing Activity in Campaigns, users will now see the delivery and undelivered overview. 
    • In the delivery overview, users will see the: 
      • SMS delivery rate percentage
      • Email delivery rate percentage
      • Number of contacts the campaign has been sent to
    • In the undelivered overview, users will see the: 
      • Number of non-textable numbers (ex: landlines)
      • Number of international phone numbers
      • Number of contacts missing an email address

  • Profanity Filtering: Inbound messages that contain profanity will be shown in the inbox, but will only show the first and last letter of the word. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that only showed a limited amount of form responses has been fixed. Now, if a form has text responses, a user will be required to download the form response report in order to view the text responses. All other answers will be shown in Activity in the platform.

What's New:

  • Audience search: On the 'Audiences' page under 'People' in the left hand navigation, users can now search for audiences. 
  • Test recipient status: When testing a campaign, users with test recipient permissions will be able to see if their phone number and/or email is a valid number/address, and confirm that it matches the phone and email that they want to receive the campaign. 
  • Message inbox: Users with unread message counts in their inbox above 1000 will now show as 999+ for improved loading. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that resulted in the incorrect content card attachment showing in the Activity pane when a campaign was duplicated has been resolved. 
  • A bug that resulted in content card attachments not being properly removed from a campaign has been resolved.

What's New:

  • Stream of content cards: Users can now order their content cards numerically (1 to 9) and/or alphabetically (A to Z). This will give users the ability to control the order in which their content cards appear in the stream to students. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that resulted in test recipient users not receiving test messages has been resolved. Users with the test recipient permission will now receive test messages to the number on their profile.

  • A bug that resulted in some custom tags not working correctly has been resolved. Our system will now recognize the following syntax for column headers for additional attributes in the contact file: 
    • attribute (ex: major)
    • CustomAttribute (ex:CounselorName)
    • Custom Attribute (ex: Counselor Name)
    • custom_attribute (ex: program_of_interest)
    • Custom_Attribute (ex: Program_of_Interest)
    • Custom-Attribute (ex: City-State)

What's New: 

  • Video gallery: If users would like to use the YouTube video title, they are able to leave the title blank, and it will auto-populate with the YouTube video title once the link is saved. Users will also now receive an error message if a non YouTube video is added.

Campus Visit Experience Transition - Full Experience Coming Soon! 

What's New: 

  • Editing locations on a stop map: Add or edit a location's coordinates via an address or directly on the map
  • Activation summary: When creating a curated tour, view a summary of the tour details before activating, including number of active locations and restricted locations 
  • Settings prompt: First time users will be prompted to configure settings before creating a tour. If settings have not been configured prior to previewing a tour, users will be prompted to configure settings before being allowed to preview.
  • Video titles: When adding a video or testimonial, the YouTube title of the video will automatically populate once saved if another title is not provided. 
    • Captions will no longer be able to be added to videos or testimonials
  • New organization creation: Once a new organization is created, 25 tags will be pre-populated

  • A bug that impacted the sending of email account invitations and password reset emails has been resolved.

What's New: 

  • Curated Tours: Create all components of a curated tour. This includes:  
    • Creating locations
    • Adding images, videos, and testimonials
    • Creating and viewing content headings and subheadings
    • Adding tags to content headings
    • Advanced features for a location: Wheelchair accessible, gender neutral bathrooms, public access, and restricting from personalized tours
  • CMS: View, create, and edit all components of a tour
    • Components include: locations, headings, subsections, images, videos, response categories, and tags
  • Personalized Tours: Set up a personalized tour based on tags selected by the visitor
    • View personalization questions 
    • Add response options (tags)
    • Categorize responses for the Areas of Study question
    • View all locations that have content headings that are associated with tags, meaning they are eligible to be shown on a personalized tour. 
  • Tour length options have been adjusted to 3 intervals - 30, 60, or 90 minutes

  • Post-Tour Summary Email Updates: The post-tour summary email has been updated to only include institution-specific information instead of recommending tours from other institutions. The branding has also been updated from Adora to Full Measure.

  • A bug that prevented images from loading in the post-tour summary email has been resolved. 
  • A bug that resulted in an error page when the link to take another tour was clicked in the post-tour summary email has been resolved.

  • Testing Campaigns without an Audience: You can now test a campaign without having an audience/recipients selected. 
  • Viewing Students in an Audience: Within Campaigns, you can now see the current number of students/users that are in an audience.

What's New: 

  • Start of the Content Management System (CMS)
    • View all components of a tour (locations, headings, subheadings, etc.,) separate from how they exist within a particular tour. 
    • See the number of components that exist within a category (ex: 25 locations have been created across all tours)
  • Locations - CMS: View and edit existing location information, or add a new location. 
  • Images - CMS: View all images within your organization. View, edit, or delete existing images, or add a new image. 
    • If an image is being used within a tour, you will see a prompt to remove it from a location before being able to delete it. 
  • Videos/Testimonials - CMS: View all videos and testimonials within your organization. View, edit, or delete existing videos and testimonials, or add a new video. 
    • If a video is being used within a tour, you will see a prompt to remove it from a location before being able to delete it.

What's New: 

  • On personalized tours, the 'How long would you like your tour to be' question now has the time it is likely to take students, as well as the number of stops included in the tour.

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that prevented student testimonials from showing on personalized web and iOS tours has been resolved. 
  • A bug that caused the mobile app to fail when there were no newly added institutions within the last 70 days has been resolved.
  • A bug that caused the institution name and name of the tour to overlap on mobile has been resolved.

What's New: 

  • Updates to the branding of the mobile apps:
    • The name of the mobile apps has been changed from Adora Experiences to Full Measure Tours
    • The description of the mobile apps has been updated
    • All mentions of Adora have been updated to Full Measure for consistency 

Bug Fixes: 

  • On the mobile app, the Augmented Reality button and the arrival button functionality were switched. This has been resolved. 
  • Previously, while taking an on-campus tour, if a user selected "Cancel" on a dialogue box, it would end their tour. This has been updated to exit out of the dialogue box. 
  • A bug that prevented the matriculation year and affiliation questions from loading on iOS after selecting 'Prospective Student' on the inquiry form has been fixed. You will now see these questions appear.

What's New: 

  • Downloading Audience Files from Audiences: You can now download audience files (either from the sFTP or from CSV upload) on the Audience page. 
  • Tags for Test Recipients: Test recipients will now see basic tags when receiving a test message - first name, last name, mobile phone number, contact ID, and email. 
  • Queued Messages: Any messages that are in the process of being sent out will show in Campaigns Activity as Queued. As messages are delivered or undelivered, their status will be updated.

  • Content Card Attachment Reminder: In Campaigns, you'll see a 'Don't forget the attachment' badge. 
  • Campaigns Saving: Campaigns will now save as a draft even when recipients are not selected. 
  • Header Names on File Downloads: In Activity, files that are downloaded will have the same column header names as contact files. 

Bug Fixes: 

  • A bug that prevented users from being able to scroll in a contact's profile was fixed.

Campus Visit Experience Transition - Full Experience Coming Soon!

This marks the start of an effort to bring the Tour Content Portal functionality into the Full Measure Platform. At the conclusion of this project, all Campus Visit Experience customers will be able to log into the Full Measure platform to not only create content cards and send campaigns to students, but also to create and edit their tours. We're excited to bring this functionality to our users. Keep reading to stay up to date about our progress! 

What's New: 

  • Tour data from the Tour Content Portal is now able to be connected to the Full Measure platform. 
  • Tour Permissions: Individual users can have access to edit content within Tours.
  • Tour Settings: View and edit tour settings, including logo images, brand colors, and description.
