Dashboard no longer working? Make sure you are accessing your data through Activity in the Full Measure Platform. Starting Spring, 2022, we no longer support data being viewed via a URL link.
Clients can access their engagement data via Activity in the Full Measure Platform.
In the navigation panel of the Full Measure platform, you will find Activity. This breaks down engagement and also allows direct messaging from the platform based on a student's interaction.

Why are my dashboards no longer updating?
If you have recently started launching campaigns out of the Full Measure Platform, your Periscope dashboard will no longer update. Look in Activity for all updated engagement, both for your campaigns and content card interaction.
What is a filter used for on the dashboard?
Filters allow you to view content cards and campaigns individually.
What is a campaign?
A message that is sent to an audience (target group of students), often linking to a content card. A campaign can be sent on a one-time or rolling basis.
What is a content card?
A progressive web app page that provides information to students relevant to a campaign or experience.
I'm looking at Activity and there is data that isn't showing. Why is that?
Data that is pre-2021 will not show in Activity.
Why is my Paperform survey data cumulative?
If you use the same form year after year, the data will be carried over. As a best practice, a different Paperform should be used on different content cards in order for the data to be kept separate.
Why am I seeing data in Activity and not in Periscope and vice versa?
If you see this, please submit a support ticket. If you are seeing data in Periscope that is not reflected in Activity, please include the specifics of the discrepancy in your support ticket. The more information you submit, the more we can help.
Why are students showing up as "Guest Unknown?
If you are using QR codes and text-in communications, student names are not in the Full Measure system, as we have no information about them. If you are not using these communication mediums and are still seeing Guest Unknown, please submit a support ticket.
I am missing a tile for an engagement button, button or my Paperform survey. What do I do?
Please submit a support ticket to our team with the content card short link and the specifics of what is missing.
