      Preview and Activate Tours

      Learn how to preview and activate your tour(s)

      Previewing and activating your tour(s) is an integral part of the tour creation process. Refer to our Testing and Post-Launch FAQ for additional help. 

      There are two ways to preview and activate tours:

      1. All tours at once
      2. By individual tour 

      To preview, activate, or deactivate all of your tours at one time, use the top-right menu on the Tours homepage.

      To preview, activate or delete one individual tour, access the tour through the All Tours section. Use the top-right menu to preview, delete your tour, or click on the "Activate" button to activate that tour. Activating the tour will make it viewable to students. 

      IndividualTourPreviewActivate-1

      To preview or activate a personalized tour, access through the All Tours > Personalized tour settings section. Use the top-right menu to preview, delete your tour, or click on the "Activate" button to activate that tour. Activating the tour will make it viewable to students. 

      ℹ️ If your institution previously had a preview link from the initial tour platform, this link will no longer work. Tours should be previewed using the instructions above.
