All Tours: Create a Tag to add to a Content Heading

Create or add a tag to a content heading

A tag is what a visitor selects when they answer the questionnaire in a personalized tour. When a tag is selected in the questionnaire, this dictates what content is shown to them in their tour; there is a direct relationship between content headings and tags.

Get Started

To associate a tag to a content heading through All Tours:

  1. Find the content heading you would like to add tags to. The content heading will be found in the "Content" tab within a curated tour's location.
  2. Click the content heading.

You may add tags even if your personalized tour setting is toggled off. If you later decide to add the personalized tour, the tags you have created and associated to content headings will carry over.

    1. Which academic areas are you interested in?
    2. Which areas of student life are you interested in?
    3. Which areas of [school name] are you interested in?

For tag suggestions for each question, refer to our FAQ article

3A.   If your tag is associated with "Which academic areas are you interested in," relate the tag to a [category.]

Categories are created in the "Tags" section of the CMS. If no categories have been created, a tag will be "Unassigned" by default and not be organized under a category. However, if you have created additional categories to organize your academics (best practice), they will show here.

     4.   Click "Save Tag" in the upper-left and your tag will be now be associated to this content heading.
