Learn the purpose of the All Tours section and its features
The All Tours section of the platform is where all curated tours and the personalized tour are housed in the platform. Users can create new curated tours in All Tours, as well as manage their personalized tour.
The welcome page in All Tours allows you to:
- Preview, activate and deactivate all tours at once
- Access general settings for your institution
- View personalized tour settings
- Create a new curated tour from scratch
- Duplicate or archive an existing tour
- Re-order tours
When creating a new tour in All Tours, you will:
- Complete the tour's details page ("Details")
- Create locations
- Create content headings
- Create subsections
- Add tags
- Review tour by reordering locations and previewing/activating the tour

Remove or Duplicate a Curated Tour
To archive a tour, use the three-dots on the right hand side and select archive.
Once a tour is deleted, it cannot be recovered. A best practice is to refrain from deleting unwanted tours. Instead, deactivate the tour to remove it from the visitors' view.
To duplicate a tour, use the three-dots on the right hand side and select Duplicate. The duplicated tour will carry over locations, tour details and advanced settings.
Duplicating a tour is a great option if you have two very similar tours, and don’t want to build the second one completely from scratch.
Re-order a Curated Tour
To re-order a tour, use the drag and drop icon on the left hand side to move tour up or down.
Tours will show as ordered on the All Tours page.
