Data Upload Overview

Let's review the various ways to upload data.

In order to send an outbound text message for our experiences, whether that includes a content card or just a message, data is involved. Who is receiving the message? How are you parsing out your different groups of students?
Institutions can upload data:
Option 1: By using an sFTP (Recommended for clients that can set up automated file transfers from their system of record)
Option 2: By uploading files to the Full Measure Platform (Recommended for clients that cannot set up automated file transfers or just want to upload files on a semi-regular basis)
Option 3: Both (Recommended for clients that can set up automated file transfers, but also want the flexibility to upload files directly)

Option 1: Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP)

Option 2: Full Measure Platform

Downloading Data

Great! Now you have selected the file upload option that is best for your institution. In the event that you would like the data back into your system of record, let's take a look at how that will work.

Clients have the ability to download engagement data from the content cards and campaigns they launch. This is done by downloading .csv files from the "Activity" section and uploading these files back into your system of record.
To do this:
  1.  Navigate to the "Activity" section in the Full Measure Platform
  2. Select the content card or campaign you would like data from. You can also download data for an entire content card or campaign. Utilize the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner to download the .csv of the data in both scenarios.

  3. On the main Activity screen for the content card or campaign, utilize the 3 dots in the upper-right hand corner to view the downloads.

Once your download is completed, it will appear in the "Completed" tab
 4. Download the file to your computer. This file can now be uploaded back into your system of record for your use.
