Learn the purpose of the Personalized Tour section and its features
The Personalized tour settings section of the platform is where your personalized tour is created. It allows you to manage your personalized tour questions, create and edit tags, and associate tags to content headings. It is located on the All Tours tab.
The beginning state of the Tours section will have your personalized tour in Draft mode as seen below.
Activating Your Personalized Tour
To activate your personalized tour, select 'Activate' in the right upper corner.
Previewing Your Personalized Tour
To preview your personalized tour, select the 3 dot menu in the right upper corner.
Personalization versus Location Tabs
The personalized tour settings home screen has two tabs: Personalization and Locations.
- Personalization: This tab includes the questions asked in the personalized tour survey. The questions themselves cannot be edited. For each question, response options (tags) should be created and associated to each question.

- Locations: This tab displays all locations that have tagged content headings and could be shown on a personalized tour.
