Concierge: Personalized Tour Option

How to use the Concierge Service to initially launch with both a personalized and curated tour

Before we begin the implementation process, let's review what the concierge offering includes for the personalized tour option and why we recommend it. Then, we will walk through the steps to take to get to launch and what to do post-launch. 

Think about customer experiences such as Spotify, Netflix and Amazon. What do they have in common? They put the user first. Give your visitors a ride in the driver's seat and let them have a say in what they want to learn about on their tour.
